A: The great news is that both versions of the app have already been submitted to the stores & will launch as soon as they are approved. We expect Android to be ready, & for Apple we’ll have to wait and see.

Q: Is the xPortal app secure?

A: Yes, the xPortal app is safe and secure. It has been audited and battle tested. All the public BETA testing is done for UI and UX improvement purposes.

Q: Can I submit bugs or issues after the “xPortal Fortification Quest” period?

A: Yes, however, only the bugs or issues reported during the “xPortal Fortification Quest” period will be eligible for the special SFT reward.

Q: What if I have feedback or suggestions that aren't related to bugs or issues?
