You must contact support via chat on the xPortal application and the following information is provided:
- Your full name
- The email address you used when you started the KYC process
- Your MultiversX wallet address (erd1…) used in the KYC process
- A brief description of the problem + a screenshot
What identity documents are accepted?
- Passport
- National identity card
What is the KYC validation time?
