Elrond Sports Club [ESC] is a place designed for everyone no matter the color, size, religion and sexual orientation. It doesn't matter if you are in shape or not you are welcome here with opened arms. This space is designed to help or improve your health, physical condition and mental state through raising awareness on exercise more and efficient practice on nutrition.
