The story behind the creation of WWWatch
After several years of working remotely in different companies, we quickly realized that remote team building was going to be a major issue in the coming years. Nevertheless, the respective companies in which we worked generally proposed team building activities that were not up to the standard of current entertainment. Yet employees are above all humans who are used to chill on Netflix, play Fortnite or scroll Tik Tok. That's when the idea of WWWatch was born, to create team building experiences with B2C entertainment standards to make the team spend good moments in remote work.
Promote the well-being of remote workers
Remote work is a trend that is no longer to be proven and that will revolutionize the way we understand the social link that we can have in a company. Our mission goes far beyond team building, it aims to improve the well-being of workers, who suffer for 65% of them, a fear of isolation or loss of team spirit. Our challenge is to protect remote workers from psychosocial risks linked to the changes that remote work can bring.
